During the process, we should maintain the duration of tender process, because we have a target to finish the process timely.

In the email below that you canwill have read, I asked the end user to speed up the administration since the time is overdue because we noticed that it already has tooaken a long time for the completiong theof signatures,.

wWe did not know you had a problem with the Iraqi staff, because the end user did not inform us, therefore thist is our functijonb to remaind you that the process to complete wais overdue.

Yesterday, the end user with Iraqi PRT manager ( Mr.Ahmed salih) came and informed us that the project is more than 24% of PR budget, and that was the reason we asked you to speed up the signatures and send both documents before lunch time today, so we can complete the documents and go to Ali Jaseem,. rRemember Mr.Ahmed Salih yesterday said I am the one who will go to Mr.Ali jaseem, because we had been experiencing to solve until 8 months to get an approval by JMC/MOC for tender that had over budget.
