We heard that this tender iwas applied only for services or work to the contractor, but we would like to highlight that so many terms and conditions contained ambiguouities, if this tender only services or work,

And we did not see in the ITT that you mentioned details of the Ccompany's obligations's details, or could you show us that the company will be responsible for materials costs and did you have highlighted that the contractor just performs services or work and any costs for procurement materials wilould be the responsibileity byof the company.
