This year in Innovation I took a different approach, I submitted lots of bugs in concierge and mobile genius via the feedback application. I submitted a “Share your idea” around the importance of voting in the US and Apple hopefully getting involved in the future of voting technology. I provided keynote presentations for my peers with useful information regarding emerging issues and associate spotlight presentation providing a window into other peers' lives. I helped my peers in video interviews for their career experiences and have allowed myself to be a resource to get information from and ask questions to on the floor. North County’s team work needed improvement and I tiried to get things going like in.g., a store talent show going like my prior store had done in the past. The morale in this location was lacking most teamwork; ideas I promoted were shot down with he exception of things I could mostly handle on my own.
