Having a vast knowledge in implementing & operating complete Pproject Pprocurement/ Mmaterials Mmanagement & Ccontracts in SAP R/3 / JDE / ePrcocurement.

Developing a contracting and procurement strategy for Subsea Wellhead, OCTG Ccarbon Ssteel, Ooffshore Ddrilling, Wwhipstocking, ,Ccasing Ccutting and Ffishing Eequipment and Sservices, ,ROV and equipment Sservices, Ccementing and equipment Sservices ,E electric Wwire line Llogging Ccontract,S specialty Wworkstrings and Aaccessories.

Manageing Chevron's current largest contracts (US$ XXX MM in totals) with the role and responsibilityies tof developing contract terms and conditions, bidding processes, resolveing bidder exceptions, negotiateing contract prices, and coordinatesing the process of review and approval. The development includes price determination, KPI (key performance indicator) determination, and reward system.
Being the single point of contact and coordinator for all activities during the pre-tender and tender process as well as post-award contract activities, and ensuring that all of the activities are compliedy with Chevron's business processes and procedures as well as Iraq Upstream Agency regulations.
