The Chairman : The Chairman of Saudi Council of Engineers
The Secretary General : The Secretary General of Saudi Council of Engineers

1 Introduction:
Saudi Council of Engineers is a corporation doing their best to develop the engineering profession and all of actions, which will develop all members within the KSA. The 2nd Party has the same goals: to develop the career.
2 Preface:
This MoU aims to draw a framework of cooperation between the two parties for the benefit of the engineering profession, and exchange of expertise and information to accomplish anticipated goals.
The two parties are encouraged to cooperate with each other in execution of the following activities:-
2.1 The congresses, seminars, forums, lectures, training courses, prizes, and similar activities.
2.2 Joined professional programs; such as environmental protection, technical awareness programs, and reflection of the best image of the engineering profession.
2.3 Both parties can develop other joint activities which will be designated in details in a separate agreement and annexed to this MoU.
3 Arranging the Technical Meetings:
Both parties should arrange periodical meetings to activate this MoUu.
4 Publications:
Either party can get any publications of other party infor a reasonable fees.
5 MoU Article Alterations:
Articles of this MoU can be altered, stated, and signed by both parties. Any future agreements may be proposed and authenticated as an attachment to this agreement.
6 The Duration Period of the MoU:
This MoU will be valid afterollowing the signature of the two parties for the period of three years.
7 The Close:
This agreement will function from the date of signatures by both parties, and will be renewed for three years, unless either side give assigned notification representing his tendency not to renew the agreement. The written and signed refusal should be befpriore to two months of the date of the agreement’s expireation date. The agreement will be executed according to its detailed signed articles, as well, if it is not come againstrary to any of the governmental laws and regulations.
This agreement is well acknowledged by both parties and signed, to be executed as its detailed article texts in the date of ___/___/143__H, corresponding to 201_G.
