Would you like to serve itthem on a Graham cracker in the traditional way, or get creative and use chocolate chip cookies? Replace milk chocolate with a cup of peanut butter? All the good ideas I imagine are a little 'expert smurfexpert, especially since my birthday, which happened on the same day of National Arena Day. Yes, exactly. I was delightfully inspired by the rules I found in this book, but this cake really pays off. It's a Graham honey cake with butter-toasted butter cream frosting, and a milk chocolate panache topped withtopping each layer. It is definitely an advertising letter.

Ingredients for the cake:
11/2 cup all-purpose- All-purpose flour
1 cup of graham(1/2 cup)
- Graham flour
11/2 teaspoon baking(1 cup)
- Baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking(1/2 teaspoon)
- Baking soda
1 teaspoon(1 teaspoon)
of kosher- Kosher salt
1/2 cup (1) salted(1 teaspoon)
- Salted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated(1/2 cup)
- Granulated sugar
1/2 cup(1 cup)
of dark- Dark brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable(1/2 cup)
- Vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons of honey- Honey (2 tablespoons)
3 large- Large eggs (3)
1 teaspoon of vanilla- Vanilla extract
1 cup whole(1 teaspoon)
- Whole milk (1 cup)
Grilled Marshmallow Butter:
1 cup salted- Salted butter, at room temperature
4 cups icing(1 cup)
- Icing sugar (4 cups)
2 tablespoons of whole milk- Whole milk (2 tablespoons)
10 ounces small- Small marshmallows (10 ounces)
Milk chocolate pearls:
2 cups chopped milk- Milk chocolate
, chopped 1/2 cup(2 cups)
of cream- Cream (1/2 cup)
