Every Thursday, I'll be giving you a progress ofreport on my team and how they're doing in their rotation areas.
● Michael - Has been doing a great job in the FOH. Great communication.
● Sheene - OKOkay; late on Wednesday. needNeeds to improve in our communication.
● Sonny - onOn Monday, he was doingdid a great job, even asking what else he can he do. Tuesday and Wednesday were Notnot good. we'reHe was not focusfocused, discrediting ourselves, talking to wash bay or techs, or working in different areas that doesdo not relate to let SonnySonny's work. Cummunication OKCommunication okay.
● Lenin - ok TheOkay; the whole week was not focused. Not vacuuming cars, charging them in outin/out in the right rhythm, or sticksticking them. Distracted by SunnySonny most of the time, or talking to wash bay techs. Communication okokay.
● Christopher - Ok arriveOkay; arrived late every morning late. Did Notnot help me Shenne and me in the front until Michael gets there. NeedNeeds to improve having walkie talkie on him at all the time Cummunication OKtimes. Communication okay.
