To whom this may concern: I'm Stephanie jJones; mother of Anthony Robert jJones hHatchett. I'm writing this letter because I was misinformed of the dos and the don'ts of back pay. I was under serve mental distress at the time I filled out my paper work at the downtown Louisville social security office. wWe were told we would receive back pay upon coming home. wWe have been home since August 13th, and from my understanding, it hasn't been 60 days yet. mMy son has been back to the ER 3 times since we've been home. hHe was admitted twice for 1 day, and then for 6 days. I've attached his hospital papers. to this also hHe is also having surgery on Oct. 10th to get a g-tube placementd in his tummy, and a Nissan for acid refleux. I also've attached that paperwork as well. Also, we were told if I could find the paper work dating back to when I first applied we could get back pay for that.
