After our conference call on Friday, I have sent an email to Mrs. XXX from Credit Suisse in order to clarify the conditions under which I getcan gain access to the estate assets at Credit Suisse. In this email, I emphasized that you gave the power of attorney to me inwith the intention that I shall be able to manage all estate affairs for you. I further mentioned that the power of attorney is accepted by the German courts, the German authorities and all bank institutes we are in contact with except of the Credit Suisse.

Today Mrs. XXX called me. She is working from home due to the corona crisescoronavirus crisis. We had a detailed discussion about my power of attorney and the question of how the estate assets at Credit Suisse can be handled. The results are:

1. The Credit Suisse now accepts that I am authorized to sell the gold, the stocks or other estate assets for you. If I send Mrs. XXX an order to sell the gold, the Credit Suisse will execute the order.
2. The Credit Suisse has not yet formed a final opinion ifon whether my power of attorney is sufficient for canceling the accounts at Credit Suisse and transferring the stocks etc. to another bank institute, e.g. the YYY. Mrs. XXX will clarify that issue and inform me.

The gold price did recover during the last days. Today it is more than 1.600 US$ per oz. Some "experts" (e.g. Goldman Sachs) expect a gold price up to 1.800 US$ per oz. due to the coronacoronavirus crisis. Of course this development istis uncertain undand it is your decision alone wether youto sell now or later.
