Being happy with my weight, well, I personally was never a person to get onto the scale and think I need to eat or I need to stop. Although my body size is a different situation, I never saw myself as fat or skinny. My body size never made me happy though. I have always been insecure. I do engage in vigorous exercisesexercise at least 3 times a week, but I have been trying to work out more. Sleeping is hard for an adultadults and teenagerteenagers, with electronics being everywhere, taking time away from being able to meditate before sleep.
I try to get at least 6 if not seven7 hours of sleep a night. My body does, however, have a strong immune system. I do listen to my body when something weird happens. Such, such as a pain. My total score for the Physical Health section was 15.
